There is a bad connection in the connector for the woofer itself. It�s a sonic blue ht2015 subwoofer. The two speakers work great but the sub just won�t play. If the amplifier has a built in fuse check that it is in good condition and not blown. From here, when you reset up the soundbar 700, only connect the wireless rear surround speakers to the system and leave the bass module disconnected from power.
